Golden Tumeric Carrot Sauce
Golden Tumeric Carrot Sauce
I like starting my day right with vegetables. I now it sounds weird to some people, but it's a good way to get your body to feel good and crave the right foods, plus it's super yummy. This is a recipe that I like to have a container in my fridge at all times. It tastes good on any vegetable.
2 medium carrots
1-2 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
3 TB almond butter
1/4 cup water (sometimes more)
Put all ingredients in the Vitamix and zap instant delicious sauce for vegetables.
